Q. Do
you give quotes?
|
A.
Yes. Our quotes are all inclusive so you know what you will pay. However
as they are based on the information you give us the price may differ if
the itinary varies. We will always notify you if there are extra
charges so you can decide.

do I get a quote? |
A. You
can E Mail us or fill out the enquiry form on this website. We
will endeavour to reply to your enquiries within 24 hours or quicker. If

Q. Do
you have an airport service? |
A. We
cover all airports. Our meet and greet service is available for
collections. |

Q. If
the flight is delayed will you wait? |
A. Our
driver will wait until the flight arrives and will only leave on our
authorisation after we have made further enquiries with the airline or the
client. |

Q
.Will I be charged if the driver has to wait at the airport?
|
A. The
first hour of waiting is included in the price - thereafter charged at £20.00
per hour (Inc. VAT). We will check your incoming flight for delays to
minimise the charge. |

Q .How
will the driver meet me at the airport?
|
A. The
driver will meet you at the arrivals hall holding a board with the clients
name/company. He will also assist with your luggage.

Q .When
is your service available? |
A. Our
service is available 24 hours,7 Days a week.

Q. Are there any extra
charges?
|
A. You will have to pay
any parking charges, bridge and road tolls, London congestion charges and
extra waiting not quoted for.

Q .How
can I Pay for my trip?
|
A. We
accept major credit/debit cards (conditions apply) or a cheque (if previously cleared ) or
cash paid to the driver on the day.

Q .Do I
need to pay a booking deposit? |
A. A
deposit is required for an advance booking if you haven't used us before
or don't have an account with us. All wedding bookings require a £25.00 per car deposit
which is non refundable. |

What if I have to cancel a booking? |
A.
24 hrs notice is required for pre-booked journeys. Weddings are
non-refundable. |

Can I open an account? |
A.
We will be happy to consider accounts for individuals and companies subject
to accepting our terms and conditions , your status and satisfying our
credit checks. |

Q Do you cater for
weddings? |
A. We have cars suitable
for weddings. We also provide additional cars for guests if required. We
are experienced in providing a professional service. |

Q .Do
you provide custom made tours? |
A. All
our tours are tailored to the individuals requirements and tastes. We will
put together a package to suit your interests we will advise you on an intinary
suitable for the time you have available. Using our local
knowledge we can also check availability and opening times of local sites. |

What about luggage? |
A. Our
cars have capacity for reasonable amounts of luggage (click on the
"Fleet" Button for details). Excess luggage carriage can be
arranged at reasonable cost. Please ask for details when booking your
journey. |
